Yes! Soundwise is truly unlimited. There are no overall usage limits, and users routinely transcribe hundreds of hours each month. The only rule is that you cannot share your login/account with others.

Yes. Your transcripts, uploaded files, and account details are encrypted and accessible only to you. You can delete them anytime. Payments are securely processed through Stripe-backed platforms, and we do not store your credit card numbers.

You can cancel anytime by clicking 'Settings → Billing', then selecting 'Manage Subscription.' You will retain full access to Soundwise until the end of your current billing cycle.

Monthly subscriptions: Monthly plans are designed for flexibility—allowing users to start or cancel anytime without long-term commitments. Therefore, all monthly payments are final and non-refundable once successfully processed. Annual subscriptions: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if your recorded usage is less than 1 hour. Approved refunds are prorated, considering time and usage. After the 7-day window, no refunds are available under any circumstances. Refund limits: To prevent abuse, we reserve the right to restrict future purchases or deny refund requests if the same account or payment method has requested more than two refunds.
